Impact:

The earthquake disaster, which occurred in November 2019, adding the global coronavirus pandemic, created a difficult situation not to say chaotic with people who were directly affected by the earthquake.

The main goal of this project is to provide 30 families in 3 areas affected by the earthquake with a special assistance package, such as food, clothing and other utilities.

New Vision through “Together100” program provided facilities for more than 30 families in need. After consultations with representatives of local government, the organization located the families in the affected areas and started to provide them with supply packages.  The supply packages were focused primarily on families with young children, mainly those in improvised camps and families of children with visual impairments in the areas affected by the earthquake respectively: Fushe-Kruje, Lac, Lezhe.

In the framework of this project, New Vision started another initiative which was called #Together100 and aims to help 100 families in 3 affected areas by the earthquake.
